Pay parking is available underground.(Whole Foods Market) One hour parking is free.

We require legitimate photo identification (such as Canadian driver’s licences, BC Services Cards, local and foreign passports) for patient name verification to ensure correctness and manage our privacy compliance. On your first visit, please be sure to bring this with you. Each customer seeking medical services at our facility is additionally asked for personal health information. Your name, birthdate, medical history, and other details could be included in this personal health information.

Any late arrivals may be rescheduled. Please be aware that this includes completely postponing the appointment; in such instance, a fee will be charged to make up for the lost time. We need 24-48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel any appointments. Please contact us by phone during business hours or via email.

All payments made are non-refundable. However, any unclaimed amount will stay as a credit on your file at the clinic if the cancellation or rescheduling of the appointment meets the cancellation policy. If the patient wishes to get a refund for the remaining sessions, the cost is regarded as the original price, not a discounted price.

Patients are required to be taken their before/after pictures for reference, according to the clinic’s policy. If they refuse to do it, the clinic is free to decline treatment. Pictures are kept inside the clinic and not opened to public without patients’ consent.Only scheduled patients are allowed in treatment rooms for treatment quality unless it is required as essential. We have a moral and legal obligation to maintain the patient information’s confidentiality. Under no circumstances will we discuss any medical or administrative information on patients unless we have written consent to do so or unless it’s required by law.

Patients under the age of 16 must have a guardian present at our clinic.Upon arrival at the clinic, the legal representative of the minor patient will be shown how to fill out any paperwork that is required.

During the time of their scheduled appointments, patients are asked to make separate arrangements for the care of their young children (under the age of 16). Children left unsupervised cannot be watched over by our employees since they lack the essential equipment.
